Important Dates and Deadlines

  • Call for Scientific Session and Poster Proposals Opened: August 13, 2024
  • Call for Scientific Session Closed: September 23, 2024
  • Call for Poster Proposals Closed: October 21, 2024
  • Session and Poster Accept/Reject Notifications: November 2024

Please Note:

Scientific programming sessions are expected to be no longer than 60 minutes, including time for Q&A.

Poster presentations will occur over two days and presenters will be assigned a date and time once accepted. All presenters are expected to share their scientific session in-person.
 

Important Details for Translational Science Scientific Proposals

  • Translational Science 2025 will be IN PERSON ONLY. If selected, all scientific proposals must be presented in person in Washington, DC.
  • Session panel participants must be from various institutions, so the meeting attendees receive the benefit of cross-institutional collaboration. A strong justification is required for proposals in which all participants are from the same institution.
  • Panel participants and poster contributors should include women, underrepresented minorities (including LGBTQ+) and/or early career scientists/clinicians. A strong justification is required for proposals in which participant diversity is not included.
